Job summary

Ambition, on behalf of our client, seeks an experienced Sourcing Manager in Hong Kong to lead toy product sourcing across Asia, manage supplier relationships, and drive product development and procurement initiatives.

You will collaborate with product development, quality, merchandising and operations teams to optimize cost, quality and delivery, while coaching a high-performance sourcing team and expanding supplier capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related discipline with strong sourcing knowledge.
• Experience managing supplier relationships across Asia.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead toy sourcing from supplier selection through production and shipment.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery and innovation goals.
• Manage and expand supplier networks across Asia.
• Lead supplier negotiations on price, terms, and capacity.
• Collaborate with product development, quality, merchandising and operations.
• Monitor market trends and costs to mitigate supply risks.
