Job summary

Width in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive client acquisition across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia within regulated digital asset markets.

You will build opportunities across wallets, custody, payments, exchanges, DeFi, and related services, manage end-to-end client lifecycle, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to support market development. Strong English + Mandarin and 2+ years in BD or sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business development, enterprise sales, compliance solutions, digital assets, blockchain, FinTech, RegTech, crypto payments, or related industries.
• Familiar with digital asset ecosystem, including VASP/DPT services, digital asset custody, MPC, crypto payments, exchanges, blockchain analytics, and compliance solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior business, compliance, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex technical or compliance solutions in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and client acquisition across Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia) and other key markets.
• Develop and manage opportunities across digital asset wallets, MPC and custody providers, payment and card service providers, exchanges, DeFi and DEX-related providers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve client onboarding and revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end client lifecycle: lead generation, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, contracting, integration coordination, go-live, and post-launch relations.
• Build relationships with business leaders, compliance professionals, product teams, and technology decision-makers.
• Gather market intelligence and collaborate with Product and Engineering for product development and market expansion.
• Represent the company at industry events, regulatory discussions, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client progress records with regular commercial updates.
