Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an Institutional Sales professional at Manager/Director level to develop and manage relationships with institutional and professional investors across HK and the APAC region, focusing on revenue growth through digital-asset and traditional products.

You will leverage a network across asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, banks and brokers, promoting a broad product suite including digital assets, OTC/block trading, custody, and wealth-management services.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of institutional sales, business development or relationship-management experience, depending on level.
• Proven track record of client acquisition, revenue generation and business development.
• Mandarin and English required; Cantonese would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional and professional investors across Hong Kong and the broader APAC region.
• Identify and acquire new institutional clients, with a strong focus on revenue generation and business growth.
• Leverage an existing network across asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, brokers, banks, private banks and other financial institutions.
• Understand clients' investment, trading and liquidity requirements and identify suitable digital-asset products and solutions.
• Promote a broad institutional product suite covering digital-asset trading, OTC/block trading, brokerage, custody, wealth-management products, tokenised securities/RWA and related services.
