Job summary

Herzog & de Meuron Basel Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Business Development professional to drive growth across Asia. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships and shaping regional strategy with Partners and senior leadership.

You will work on bids, tenders and client proposals, leveraging an existing network in Asia and collaborating with global teams to secure significant commissions on iconic projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in architecture, urban planning, real estate, business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, client development or strategic sales within architecture or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities across Asia.
• Develop market-specific business development and client acquisition strategies.
• Build and leverage relationships with public and private sector clients, developers and partners.
• Coordinate EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders and client presentations.
• Support live opportunities from initial engagement through to submission.
