About The Role:

• Liaise with the Building Surveyor, Client, and Consultant from conceptual design to construction drawings.
• Handle construction drawings of tender documents.
• Participate in design tender, including analysis diagram drawings.
• Closely monitor the progress and performance of the contractors / sub-contractors.
• Government A&A submission.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Architecture or Interior Design.
• BD A&A submission or working knowledge and experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge and working experience in building ordinances, project administration, presentation, design, and detailing is an advantage.
