Job summary

ARK Associates Limited, an award-winning design office in architecture and interior design, seeks dedicated Architect/Architectural Assistant. The role requires HK registration, HKIA or equivalent, and strong detailing, drawings, and coordination skills.

Minimum 2 years in project administration for Architects, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and graphic programmes, plus BIM knowledge is a plus. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin beneficial.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master).
• Hong Kong registration or eligibility to register as an Architect.
• Experience in project administration and coordination for architects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration tasks and coordination activities.
• Prepare and refine architectural drawings and detailing.
• Assist in design development and liaise with consultants and clients.

Architect/ Architectural Assistant (5-day work week)

ARK Associates Limited, an award winning design office in architecture and interior design, requires dedicated individuals for the following posts:

Architect Requirements:

Registered Architect in Hong Kong

HKIA member or equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience in project administration and co-ordination for Architect

Well versed with local building regulations

Good at detailing and working drawings

Good design sense and experience in design will be a plus

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other graphic skills

BIM knowledge will be advantageous

Professional degree in Architecture: Master or Bachelor of Architecture

Minimum one-year experience preferred

Good all-round abilities in design, detailing and project administration

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other graphic programmes

Good organization, communication and design skills

Self-discipline, highly motivated, independent, responsible and able to work as a team

Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin will be a plus
