Job summary

David S. K. Au & Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced architect/architectural assistant to handle design, coordination and documentation for projects and tenders in Hong Kong.

You will oversee compliance with regulations and client briefs, drive feasibility studies, and represent the firm in meetings with clients, contractors and sub-consultants. The role requires a degree in architecture or related discipline, 2+ years post-qualification (Architect) or 3+ years (Architectural Assistant),

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline is required.
• Min. 2 years post-qualification (Architect) / Min. 3 years (Architectural Assistant) with proven design ability and project management experience.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and SketchUp; BIM experience is a bonus.
• Solid understanding of local building, planning, and land submission procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; capable of handling multiple projects under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Written & Spoken).
• Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
