Job summary

The Hong Kong Institute of Architects in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time Architect to contribute to local projects. You will assist in producing architectural and technical drawings, as well as presentations, while supporting contract administration.

You will collaborate with associate directors and participate through all project phases from design inception to construction, with strong communication and teamwork driving success in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Holder of a full architectural professional degree
• Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience (HKIA or equivalent)
• Self-motivated and can lead a team of professional/technical staff from conceptual design to the construction stage
• Strong design and contract administration skills
• Sound knowledge of technical details and Hong Kong Building Regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign), SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper
• (advantageous), Enscape
• Strong project administration and design ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
