Job summary

The Hong Kong Institute of Architects is seeking assistants to support the full project cycle—from developing design concepts to project completion—across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and government sectors in Hong Kong.

You will prepare design proposals, drawings, tender documents, and reports, and help resolve design-related issues. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD and other tools is required. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in design and graphic presentation software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English preferred.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full cycle of projects from design to completion.
• Assist in planning, administering and implementing projects.
• Prepare design proposals, submission drawings, working drawings, tender documents and certificates.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues.
• Contribute to planning, architecture and interior services for local HK projects.
