Job Description

• Manage complex program related to card issuing. The program consists of multiple projects with tight dependency.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to create complete project schedule and planning documents, including but not limited to: effort estimates, resource requirements, capital costs, and risk management plans.
• Establish project milestones and iterations based on risk and priority analysis.
• Work with other Project Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Leads to monitor progress and coordinate projects dependencies across local and remote groups, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with external contractors and 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
• Actively monitor project progress, track outstanding issues and risks, chair project meetings, follow up on action items, and provide timely project status updates to engineering management team.
• Facilitate decision-making moments, even during difficult times, and to summarize those decisions, with rationale and assumptions, when communicating them to a wider audience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 – 10 years project management experience.
• Experience in leading large IT projects that span across multiple departments or divisions in financial institutions.
• Experience in SVF, core prepaid / credit card system and sub-systems.
• Strong business requirement analysis skills, with the ability to identify, review and prioritize business requirements across multiple user groups.
• Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive different stakeholders, with ability to reach consensus with all stakeholders.
• Capability to identify project risk and mitigation actions to deliver projects on schedule.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, network, database, and information security.
