Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Dynamic AX, SharePoint, MS SQL, IIS.

Responsibilities

• Routine tasks include user setup and Health check on application status.
• First level support to handle daily enquiry/support on application from users.
• Troubleshoot applications issues and provide guidance to users.
