Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Process Automation Analyst to drive design, delivery and enhancement of enterprise workflow solutions using the Pega Platform in Hong Kong.

You will lead automation initiatives, mentor developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Pega-based processes, ensuring reliability and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT/BPM or process automation environments.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering solutions on the Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management and process modelling.

Description

• Lead the development and execution of process automation initiatives using the Pega Platform
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and automation specialists
• Design scalable business workflows leveraging Pega Case Management capabilities
• Analyse, optimise, and automate end-to-end business processes
• Build and configure Case Types, Stages, Flows, and business rules
• Develop Data Pages, integrations, and reusable components following Pega best practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and validate automation outcomes
• Ensure automation solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives
• Support continuous improvement of workflow orchestration and process optimisation initiatives

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in IT, BPM, or process automation environments
• Proven hands-on experience delivering solutions on the Pega Platform
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, workflow design, and process modelling
• Experience configuring Case Types, Flows, Stages, business rules, and Data Pages
• Hands-on integration experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, connectors, or web services
• Understanding of Pega declarative rules and application development best practices
• Exposure to Pega Blueprint is highly desirable
• Experience with Pega RPA or integrating robotic automation into workflows is advantageous
• Previous experience leading small teams or owning automation initiatives is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
