Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and automation specialists.
Lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes using Pega Case Management and workflow capabilities.
Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Pega best practices.
Develop and maintain Case Types, Stages, Flows, Data Pages, and system integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and solution designs.
Work closely with testing teams to ensure solution quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Support process optimization and automation initiative delivery.
