Job summary

Elpis Solutions Group limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Application Consultant to translate business requirements into software specifications and oversee ERP/CRM/HCM project delivery. You will configure and test solutions to match client workflows, and lead end-user training and documentation.

You will also liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, manage project scope, and participate in pre-sales activities such as demonstrations and requirement workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field
• Certifications in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce preferred
• 3–5 years in application consulting, systems implementation, or business analysis

Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, identify system requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for application implementation

Configure, customize, and test enterprise software solutions—such as ERP, CRM, or HCM platforms to align with client-specific workflows and compliance standards

Lead end-user training sessions, develop user documentation, and provide ongoing support during and after go-live to ensure smooth adoption and operational efficiency

Act as a key liaison between technical development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing scope throughout the project lifecycle

Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, requirement workshops, and proposal development to support new business opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) are highly preferred

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application consulting, systems implementation, or business analysis within enterprise software environments

Strong understanding of core business functions—including finance, supply chain, HR, or sales—and how technology supports process optimization

Proven ability to gather and document requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver client-facing presentations with clarity and confidence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required by project needs
