• Participate in ERP, CRM, POS, SAP system implementation and project rollout
• Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents
• Provide system training to end users
• Participate in function customizations and report enhancements
• Participate in testing to ensure the quality of any customization development
• Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
• Transform the data from external data source and migrate the data into the ERP, CRM, POS, SAP
• Integrate the ERP, CRM, POS, SAP with other system for process automation

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Working experience in IT or Business Analyst, good business process competences
• Experience in trading / retail / industry businesses is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
