Job summary

Agoda is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager, White Label Solutions – APAC to lead growth of Agoda-powered partner solutions across Asia-Pacific.

You will develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, airlines, loyalty programs, telecommunications companies, e-commerce platforms, and other ecosystem partners, driving adoption and performance of embedded travel solutions within partner channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, distribution, e-commerce, travel, fintech, loyalty, digital platforms, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing complex regional partnerships across APAC.
• Strong experience with B2B2C, embedded, distribution, API-led, or White Label solutions.
• Strong commercial and negotiation experience.
• Experience working with senior executives at large regional or multinational organizations.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC White Label strategy and drive regional growth across partnerships.
• Oversee full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, marketing, finance, and legal to design partner solutions.
• Define KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews with partners.
• Influence senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and scale partnerships across markets.
