Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for strategic partnerships to own the P&L, lead a small marketing team, and drive partnership strategy across multiple white-label brands.

You will collaborate with partner marketing leadership, regional business development, and Agoda's commercial and product teams to align marketing plans with business priorities and revenue goals.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles
Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with attribution models and incrementality measurement
Leadership & stakeholder management in cross-functional teams
Comfort with marketing analytics tools and dashboards

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development for 2–3 specialists
Set team priorities and OKRs aligned to partnership goals
Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership
Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence
Oversee analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Develop annual marketing roadmap and quarterly plans
Present quarterly business reviews to Agoda leadership
