VIAVI Solutions (Greater China) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior treasury expert to lead APAC treasury operations. You will manage banking relationships, optimize liquidity, and implement cash pooling and hedging strategies to support regional growth.

The role requires coordinating with tax, finance, and regional teams across APAC. You will drive working capital initiatives, oversee SOX compliance, and partner with global treasury peers to enhance automation and controls while delivering

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA and/ or CTP a plus.
• 8+ years corporate treasury experience.
• Acute attention to details; strong business judgement and autonomy.
• A hands-on team player who is comfortable working on detailed transactions and coordinating input from others.
• Ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Intellectual curiosity to seek knowledge and problem solve independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize treasury operations and banking relationships across APAC.
• Streamline APAC banking operations; ensure controls and SLAs are met.
• Manage liquidity and excess cash investments; explore cash pooling for the region.
• Collaborate with tax team on tax-efficient cash repatriation strategies.
• Develop working capital solutions for APAC entities; support regional financing.
• Advise on currency exposures and hedging strategies in APAC.
• Lead treasury aspects of new entity setups, due diligence, acquisitions, and integration.
• Coordinate with shared service centers in India and China; support SOX compliance.
