Job summary

VIAVI Solutions in Hong Kong seeks an experienced treasury professional to monitor and optimize company cash positions, forecast liquidity, and coordinate banking activities across APAC. You will drive cash management, hedging, and funding strategies while partnering with tax, finance, and regional teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8+ years corporate treasury experience.
Hands-on team player
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong cross-functional relationship building and project management
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintain solid banking relationships in APAC.
Streamline APAC banking operations with controls and SLAs.
Manage liquidity and excess cash investments; explore cash pooling.
Coordinate tax-efficient cash repatriation strategy with tax team.
Develop working capital and financing/leasing solutions for APAC entities.
Advise on currency exposures and hedging strategy in APAC.
Lead treasury activities in new entity setup, due diligence, acquisitions and integration.
Coordinate treasury with shared service centers in India and China.
Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for APAC treasury operations.
