Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia Pacific technical support team (3-4 staff).
• Develop regional customer and distributor service plan.
• Deliver cost-efficient service solutions aligned with quality processes.
• Prepare service documentation as per contract requirements.
