ScentAir in Hong Kong seeks an APAC Customer Solutions Enablement Manager with an engineering background to lead service excellence across APAC. You will drive field service performance, manage partners, and resolve complex customer issues to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in scenting solutions, indoor air quality or facility management with customer-facing service.
• Experience managing third-party contractors and field service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced technical services contractors to ensure high-quality, timely support.
• Optimize service resource deployment via routing, staffing, and cost control.
• Establish standardized service protocols for consistent customer experience.
• Evaluate contractor and in-house performance using data and KPIs.
• Develop training and upskilling initiatives to maintain service standards.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and escalations from customers.
