Job summary

Natixis Investment Managers is seeking a motivated Trainee to join the Asia Pacific Strategy & Business Planning team. You will work closely with regional leaders and collaborate with global corporate development teams in Paris and Boston on strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities.

The role provides exposure across APAC markets, coordinating with regional teams and senior management on strategic initiatives and presentations that shape regional growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to work with data and Excel.
• Excellent English; Mandarin or French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country-specific strategies with regional sales and budgets.
• Build high-impact strategic presentations and planning decks for senior management.
• Assist in corporate development activities, including strategic reviews and market analyses.
• Collaborate with APAC and global teams across projects and deadlines.
