Job summary

Natixis CIB Hong Kong is seeking a 12-month V.I.E. in Business Management for the APAC region. The role focuses on annual budget exercises, quarterly reviews, performance indicators forecasts, and KPI monitoring, with support to Front Office on performance and compliance.

You will conduct strategic studies on new markets and products, prepare reports for Asia Pacific senior management, and create dashboards using PowerBI to monitor bank activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, business, accounting or engineering.
• Familiarity with/interest for business management, project finance.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: annual budget exercise, quarterly business reviews (preparation and analysis of performance indicators forecasts), follow up of new transactions & deal pipeline, monitoring of Real Assets, Global Trade and Portfolio KPIs (NBI, RWA, EVA, etc.).
• Assist Front Office teams in various topics including Performance Monitoring, Compliance, New Product approval.
• Conduct strategic studies on new markets, new products and market intelligence.
• Various reports/presentations for Asia Pacific senior management.
• Create Dashboards/PowerBI to help monitor various activities/KPIs of the bank.
