Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking Asia Pacific is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Corporate Sales team handling multi-asset solutions for Greater China clients. You will assist in preparing marketing materials, trade execution support, and post-trade follow-up.

You will collaborate with Research and Financial Engineering teams to produce market insights and client-ready materials, coordinate onboarding and KYC processes, and liaise with Middle Office, Operations, Legal, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
Experiences in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platform.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide support to senior Sales in preparation of marketing materials, trade execution, and post-trade follow up.
Work with Research team on day-to-day basis to provide market insights to the clients.
Collaborate with our Financial Engineering team to provide marketing materials on various product offerings in different asset classes (i.e. FX, Rates, Equities and Credit).
Coordinate client onboarding, KYC renewal, operational streamlining, documentation preparation with different supporting functions (Middle Office, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Client service).
Get acquainted with global capital markets, financial instruments & various structures promoted by the Bank.
To Support KYC including FI and Corporate with the entities in HK
Necessary support at GC Sales team
