Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Senior Regional Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment for Asia Pacific, spanning from entry to senior roles. You will build talent pipelines, network with partners, and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for APAC Region across entry to senior levels.
• Coordinate with Executive Recruiters on executive level positions and support hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment database and applicant tracking; post jobs and update candidate status.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and Operations staff; ensure a positive candidate experience.
