Location-flexible across Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Singapore, this role orchestrates lead distribution, funnel mechanics, compensation architecture, and field enablement.

In a fast-moving, tech-driven environment, you will consolidate process into SOPs, build field-ready playbooks, and drive measurable revenue impact through disciplined pipeline

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Enablement, or Revenue Operations within high-growth tech or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead routing rules to distribute inbound/outbound prospects to regional teams.
• Monitor end-to-end funnel from first contact to KYC, activation, and retention.
• Establish anti-clash rules and auto re-allocation for inactive leads.
