Job summary

Anthesis ESG is seeking a senior leader to oversee quality control of BI work across Asia Pacific, with a focus on Hong Kong. You will lead the local team, mentor juniors, and cultivate strong client relationships while ensuring project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

The role requires a proven BI leadership track record in Asia, a passion for ESG services, and the ability to work across hybrid settings and multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years+ working in Business Intelligence in Asia Pacific at a reputable Chambers-ranked firm.
• Fluency or advanced language skills in at least one regional language, with preference for Chinese.
• Proven track record leading and building BI practices in Asia, including business development and people management.
• Interest in Anthesis’ wider ESG service lines and willingness to learn across the business.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a global team across hybrid settings and timezones.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI practice in Asia-Pacific, including business development and client management.
• Oversee the Hong Kong team, mentoring juniors and ensuring research aligns with client requirements.
• Serve as main point of contact for client projects, responding to questions promptly.
• Ensure all client deliverables meet the highest quality through rigorous quality control.
• Represent Anthesis at conferences and events to grow the Hong Kong market.
