Job summary

Jain Global is seeking a proactive Research Coordinator in Hong Kong/Singapore to support the Global Head of Broker Relations, APAC COO, and APAC Investment Team with administrative and strategic tasks.

You will coordinate research access, manage calendars, maintain data systems, and collaborate with external partners and internal teams to drive efficient broker relations and investment workflows. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administrative experience within financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge and experience with CorpAxe, Street Context and Bloomberg.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn or currently utilize AI tools.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for PM and Analyst teams, including corporate access from requests to allocations and confirmation.
• Coordinate Research and Corporate Access with external partners and origination with corporate management.
• Manage heavy calendars and coordinate with sector teams for collaboration.
• Maintain reporting systems and data for Broker Relations with daily entry and oversight.
• Track, review, and reconcile data for Compliance and broker evaluation based on resource use.
• Work with Compliance to ensure policy adherence for external/sell-side resources.
• Liaise with Sell-side contacts, Research Vendors, and Corporate IR teams for scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with Jain Global Research Coordinator team on cross-sector work and provide coverage as needed.
• Develop new processes with investment teams and Broker Relations for strategic initiatives.
• Process travel and related expenses; assist with ad hoc requests.
