ING Bank is seeking an Account Manager for Bank Mendes Gans (BMG) responsibilities in Hong Kong and Greater China. You will manage multinational client relationships, support onboarding into cash pool structures, and coordinate with global teams to deliver liquidity and treasury solutions.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin communication, understanding of KYC/AML, and a client-centric, independent mindset to drive service excellence in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, liquidity management, treasury services, or corporate banking.
• Understanding of cash pooling, liquidity management, and treasury solutions.
• Knowledge of cash management and liquidity products.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary relationship and service contact for BMG clients in Hong Kong and Greater China.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new entities into cash pool structures.
• Collaborate with Operations, KYC, Compliance and Product teams to support onboarding.
• Manage documentation and client requirements throughout implementations.
• Coordinate client communications on cash pooling, reporting, and digital banking access.
• Support governance, risk reviews, and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive service improvements.
