Job summary

Aspire is hiring in Hong Kong to launch its cash management segment for growth-stage businesses across APAC. You will be the founding commercial presence, combining deep transaction banking expertise with product feedback to shape the cash management roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in transaction banking, cash management, or corporate banking.
• Demonstrated track record acquiring and growing corporate relationships across cash management, payments, and liquidity products.
• Fluency across transaction banking products: multi-currency accounts, collections, payables, liquidity management, FX, and corporate payment infrastructure.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer new-logo acquisition for mid-market accounts in HK and China, defining ICP, sales motion, and narrative.
• Lead deep discovery into treasury and cash management pain points: multi-entity structures, cross-border liquidity, collections, FX exposure, and fragmented banking relationships.
• Position Aspire as the modern alternative to incumbent bank relationships.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across CFO, Finance Director, and Treasury with institutional-grade credibility.
• Partner with Product to feed market requirements into the cash management roadmap; co-build the product.
• Educate GTM, marketing, and leadership on how this segment buys, what it values, and how Aspire should be positioned.
