Job summary

DXC Technology Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a regional Subject Matter Expert in reinsurance to shape and win opportunities across Asia Pacific. You will lead complex solution designs for APAC clients and engage with executives to articulate business value and drive transformations.

The role requires 12+ years in reinsurance, deep domain knowledge in Life or P&C, and a proven pre-sales or delivery track record.

Qualifications

12+ years of reinsurance domain experience (operations, treaty & facultative, systems).
Deep hands-on knowledge of Life or P&C reinsurance business processes.
Proven track record in pre-sales, solution consulting, or delivery within the reinsurance/insurance space.
Experience with reinsurance platforms (SICS/Assure or similar).
Excellent English communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging at Board/CxO level.
Willingness to travel across APAC on short notice.
LOMA or equivalent reinsurance certification (preferred).
Familiarity with DXC's insurance IP portfolio (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead complex reinsurance solution design (Life and/or P&C) for APAC clients, bridging Product, Delivery, and Sales teams
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and drive end-to-end POCs and demos on the SICS/Assure platform
Engage directly with C-level executives to articulate business value and consult on reinsurance transformation
Feed market intelligence, regulatory trends, and client needs back to the Product team
Mentor junior Sales Solutions team members
