Job summary

Live Nation APAC is seeking a Regional Manager - Security Operations to lead security operations, risk management and incident response across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves coordinating audits, developing best practices, and guiding teams to ensure safe events and fan experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in law enforcement or event security, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required
• Graduate degrees will be highly regarded
• L5 Crowd Safety Management accreditation or willingness to undertake could be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Travel across Asia Pacific performing security audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and mitigate risk
• Develop and promulgate policies and protocols to reduce risk at events, including emergency operations, screening, and deterrence
• Lead, mentor and guide teams to adopt best practice methodologies in Security Operations
• Implement security processes and technologies and collaborate with third-party vendors
• Assist the Chief Security Officer with compliance, risk, and counterterrorism guidance for division leadership
• Engage with regional, federal, and international law enforcement and other stakeholders
• Coordinate incident notification, incident management and emergency response across the APAC region
