Confidential Global Company is seeking a senior regional executive to lead a broad growth and transformation across Asia. The role requires strong leadership in fashion and multi-category retail, with P&L ownership and a proven turnaround track record.

The executive will drive revenue, profitability, and operating performance, develop growth strategies across channels, and unite stores, digital platforms, and customer experience.

Qualificações

• Substantial leadership experience within fashion, lifestyle, department-store, specialty or multi-category consumer retail.
• Current or previous experience as Regional Managing Director, Regional General Manager, Country CEO/GM, Regional Director, Commercial Director or equivalent business leader.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful regional or multi-market P&L.
• Proven track record of leading a business turnaround, performance reset or complex growth transformation.
• Strong commercial capability across merchandising, buying, assortment, pricing, inventory or category performance.
• Experience leading both physical retail and digital or omnichannel growth.
• Demonstrated success operating across multiple Asian markets and adapting propositions to local customers.
• Experience improving cost structures, operational productivity and organizational effectiveness. Strong people leadership, including building leadership teams, raising accountability and developing succession.
• The ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on commercial execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional transformation and deliver sustained improvement in revenue, profitability and operating performance.
• Strengthen P&L discipline across sales, margin, cost, productivity, inventory and return on investment.
• Develop a clear, market-relevant growth strategy across existing and emerging channels.
• Improve commercial planning, buying, assortment and customer proposition using market insight and performance data.
• Reinvigorate brand and product relevance within diverse Asian consumer markets.
• Accelerate profitable omnichannel growth by strengthening the integration of stores, digital platforms and customer experience.
• Improve retail execution and establish consistent, scalable operating disciplines across markets.
• Partner with supply-chain and commercial teams to improve stock flow, availability, inventory productivity, speed and cost efficiency.
• Assess and pursue selective opportunities across new stores, formats, partnerships and channels.
• Build an agile, accountable and high-performing regional leadership team.
• Work effectively across regional operations, international partners and global stakeholders to deliver the transformation agenda.
