Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a regional Visual Merchandising leader to translate global brand direction into consistent, innovative retail experiences across Asia Pacific Travel Retail and Local Markets.

You will drive VM strategy, align store design, guidelines, POSM, promotions and events, and build local capabilities while managing a high-performing team dedicated to sustainability and cost-effective execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive VM experience with regional responsibility.
• Experience in luxury beauty, fashion or Travel Retail preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD; 3D visualization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional VM strategy and execution for Travel Retail and Local Markets.
• Align VM with Store Design and Regional Architect Managers across counters, renovations and retail concepts.
• Develop and publish regional VM launch guidelines and train local teams.
• Consolidate HQ POSM forecasts and coordinate regional production for TR and LM.
• Adapt HQ concepts for regional promotions, animations, pop-ups and events; supervise quality, timelines and budget.
• Lead, coach and develop the VM team across markets, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Set and monitor sustainability KPIs and promote sustainable VM practices across agencies and vendors.
