Job summary

CPPIB RA Investments Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Analyst to support the Real Estate Investment team across the Asia Pacific region. You will assist in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments, and contribute to underwriting and market research.

The role requires 1–3 years in investment analysis, a Finance/Real Estate degree, and strong quantitative and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential; Japanese or Korean language is a plus.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing or related financial analysis roles.
Undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate or related discipline; relevant technical background preferred.
CPA, CFA or CFA Candidate would be an advantage.
Real Estate knowledge in Asia Pacific markets and strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; Japanese or Korean fluency is a plus.
Solid MS Office skills; familiarity with Argus is preferred and ability to build financial models.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of investment decision‑making and partner selection processes.
Examine potential investments, partnerships, and financial structures using models.
Assist in underwriting Real Estate investments and compile data and financial information.
Conduct real estate market research and monitor the investment portfolio.
Collaborate with Directors and Portfolio Managers to manage relationships and investments.
