Job summary

Our client, a global investment bank, seeks a cloud infrastructure lead to join their team in Hong Kong. This senior, hands-on role leads a team of 4–5 and reports to the Head of Infrastructure, overseeing cloud strategy, delivery and BAU across APAC.

You will act as final L2/L3 escalation for server, cloud and Modern Workplace, drive automation and AIOps, manage MSPs/vendors, and align roadmaps with regional/global stakeholders while championing secure cloud adoption.

Qualifications

8+ years in infrastructure/cloud leadership within banking or financial services.
Hands-on expertise across Windows Server, Azure, M365, Intune, and modern workplace tooling.
Experience managing MSPs/vendors and delivering BAU with transformational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a small engineering team (4–5) in a matrix APAC environment.
Own cloud & infrastructure strategy, delivery, and BAU across APAC, balancing stability with transformation.
Act as final L2/L3 escalation for server, cloud, and Modern Workplace; drive automation and AIOps adoption.
Lead APAC transformation projects while ensuring stable BAU operations; provide L2/L3 hands-on support.
Manage MSPs/vendors against SLAs, cost, and quality; align roadmaps with regional/global stakeholders.
