Job summary

Global Private Bank is seeking a detail-oriented PM Implementation/Trader in APAC to manage daily portfolio implementation, maintain controls, and support transformation initiatives across discretionary mandates. The role covers daily execution, portfolio administration, reconciliations, and governance, with strong emphasis on data accuracy, documentation, and change management.

5 years in PM implementation and related operations is preferred; advanced Excel, data-analysis, and automation skills

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in PM implementation or discretionary portfolio management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, FRM, Project Management, or relevant systems/data qualifications) are advantageous.
• Experience with operational processing, trading support, reconciliations, controls, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily PM implementation activities for discretionary client mandates and related portfolio structures.
• Maintain model portfolios, benchmarks, classifications, PM objects, restriction packages, reports, and other PM data.
• Execute and evidence daily controls, reconciliations, system checks, and handovers.
• Provide cross-coverage for core implementation processes during absences and high-volume periods.
• Maintain procedures, runbooks, control evidence and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Plan and perform UAT and post-release checks for PM-related changes, coordinating with IT.
