A leading alternative investment manager in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate of Trading Operations to oversee all aspects of tradeable securities across APAC markets. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in securities or buy-side investment firms, strong Excel skills, and a proactive mindset. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience at a securities or buy side investment firm.
• Experience interacting with Prime Brokers, Custodians, and OTC Counterparties.
• Experience working with large data sets; understanding of data hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal data integrity analysis.
• Organize and lead initial investment discussions.
• Bring a control first mindset to trade management.

Skills

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with risk, settlements, or trading assistant functions

Ability to communicate at a high level

Strong attention to detail
