Job summary
KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Network Admin/Voice Engineer to support enterprise network and unified communications across APAC. This hands-on role emphasizes troubleshooting, reliability and regional user support.
You will manage CUCM, Cisco equipment, WAN/LAN, VPN, firewall and voice issues, coordinating with regional teams and vendors to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and performance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on enterprise network support in multi-site environments.
- CCNA or CCNP with CUCM administration experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day network admin and technical support across APAC.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, VPN, firewall and voice issues.
- Administer CUCM and resolve telephony connectivity problems.
- Install, configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment.
- Support LAN/WAN, circuits, remote access and cloud connectivity.
- Monitor performance and ensure incident resolution and security controls.
- Collaborate with regional users, IT teams and vendors on incidents and changes.
- Maintain network documentation and change-management procedures.
- Participate in upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and after-hours support when needed.
