AMP Operations Consulting helps leading brands optimize their supply chains with a focus on logistics network studies, 3PL RFPs, and project management. The team aims to optimize tens of millions of packages globally and collaborates across geographies to drive impact.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in consulting, strong RFP and vendor management skills, and deep knowledge of 3PL and Asian logistics.

Formación

• Based in Hong Kong or Mainland China and eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• 5+ years of experience withing for a consulting firm, industry, or 3PLs.
• Proven track record in managing RFPs and vendor selection processes.
• Deep understanding of 3PL and logistics in Asia, direct experience in greater china preferred.
• Conducted logistics network design assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Korean, or Japanese proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work in Asian and North American time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end RFP process for 3PL warehouse selection, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, scoring methodology, and final recommendation.
• Conduct comprehensive network modelling and scenario analysis to optimize distribution footprint, transit times, and service levels.
• Led end-to-end project management for onboarding and implementing a new 3PL partner, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, system integrations, and operational go-live readiness.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts while ensuring proper document control practices.
• Design and implement standardized templates and processes for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Performance Reviews with logistics partners.
• Monitor category market trends and indexes to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and foster a high-performance culture; collaborate across geographies and time zones.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and translating logistics strategies into actionable recommendations.
