LSEG Business Services RM in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Research Lead for Index Research & Design to drive research, design and innovation of index methodologies across Asia Pacific. You will lead projects, develop metrics and tools, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Technology to deliver robust index solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to the research, design and testing of new index methodologies and investment solutions.
• Develop and refine investment metrics, portfolio construction frameworks and analytical methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative investment research across Asia Pacific markets, including equity factors and investment themes.
• Analyze portfolio impact of new investment concepts using rigorous quantitative techniques.
• Develop research papers, materials and presentations that communicate insights and index characteristics.
• Identify emerging market trends and contribute ideas for new index solutions and research initiatives.
• Develop analytics and tools to support index research and client engagement using Python or similar technologies.
• Transition quantitative models into robust production-ready solutions with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation and methodological integrity throughout the lifecycle.
