Qualifikationen

• Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in Mandarin (both oral and written) is preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience within an investment bank is preferred.
• Strong execution and modelling skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Contributing to the identification and origination of potential new business opportunities and assisting with development of new contents and preparation of research and marketing materials;
• Providing day to day transaction support in all aspects of the deal process including preparation of marketing and due diligence materials;
• Building financial models, analysing financial scenarios and producing sensitivity analysis;
• Reviewing documentation, including information memorandum and finance documents;
• Managing other internal processes relating to advisory transactions e.g. updating databases, briefing notes, completing internal system-based processes;
• Respecting all relevant compliance practices and other internal requirements in relation to the execution of advisory transactions
