Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an experienced Investment Banking professional in Hong Kong who will build strong relationships with corporates and financial institutions. The role spans across M&A, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity/debt capital raises.

You will work with senior bankers to originate, structure and execute financing and advisory transactions, develop client-focused marketing materials, and lead junior team members through complex deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum 2 years of investment banking experience.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Understands transaction cycle and is execution oriented.
• Impeccable communication with senior professionals and clients.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Originating, structuring and executing financing and advisory transactions across products including M&A, IPOs, bonds, loans and structured products.
• Developing content for marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact.
• Possessing strong modeling skills.
• Creating financial models and detailed valuation analyses for pitches and projects.
• Interacting with senior teams and client management to execute transactions and manage deal risks.
• Guiding and coordinating junior bankers' analytic work to move the marketing/execution process forward.
• Liaising with lawyers, accountants, and counterparties on transactions.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior bankers and research analysts.
• Leading client negotiations, Q&A processes and management interviews.
