Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asia Pacific is seeking a Head of HR Control Management to lead the regional control framework, strengthening end-to-end employee processes and partnering with senior HR leaders to embed scalable controls across the talent lifecycle.

You will drive independent risk challenge, governance forums, and remediation across regulatory, legal, and operational dimensions, with a focus on automation and control by design in all new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operational risk, controls, audit, or related risk discipline.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on risk decisions and control outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional risk governance routines and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia Pacific HR control framework across end-to-end processes.
• Partner with senior HR stakeholders to identify risks and design effective controls.
• Advise HR leadership on control risks, governance decisions, and remediation trade-offs.
• Drive ongoing risk assessment and support product transformation with strong, automated controls.
• Coordinate risk profiles, issues, and remediation progress with cross-functional teams.
