Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Government Relations leader to drive APAC strategy, regulation engagement, and stakeholder alignment across markets. You will build senior relationships with regulators, lead regional industry associations, manage vendor contracts, and oversee regulatory intelligence while collaborating with Legal/Policy to secure market access and compliant operations.

Travel across APAC is expected to support government affairs efforts and represent Binance at policy discussions

Qualifications

Proven background in government relations, public affairs, or policy advisory across APAC.
Membership or active relationships with regional financial bodies and associations.
Willingness to travel across APAC and work with regulators.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regulators across APAC markets.
Establish Binance presence in regional financial industry bodies and associations.
Engage GR agencies to access senior regulatory conversations in key markets.
Represent Binance in stakeholder meetings and gather regulatory intelligence.
Own full contract lifecycle for GR vendors and consultancy partnerships.
Manage P&L for the APAC GR function with compliant documentation.
Partner with Legal/Policy to ensure smooth handoffs on regulatory matters.
