Job summary

Invesco in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Head of Front Office Operations (FOO) – APAC to lead the regional operating cadence for the asset management business. You will drive governance, scalability, and risk-aware execution across multiple markets while aligning with global strategy and senior stakeholders.

You will oversee regional teams, set priorities, and partner with Investment, Product, Risk, Technology and Operations to deliver durable operational excellence and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Front Office Operations or investment operations.
• Deep understanding of portfolio monitoring and lifecycle operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office Operations across APAC, aligning regional delivery with global strategy.
• Direct regional managers, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure execution of plans.
• Develop regional operational plans for portfolio implementation and platform management.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk controls within APAC markets.
• Partner with Investment, Product, Risk, Tech, and Operations to drive regional governance.
