Invesco is seeking a Regional Head of Front Office Operations (APAC) to lead and coordinate operations across the APAC region. The role provides end-to-end oversight of operational support to asset management, ensuring risk-aware, scalable execution aligned with global strategy.

You will work in a matrix structure, guiding regional delivery and engaging senior stakeholders across Investment, Product, Risk, Technology, and Operations to drive regional priorities and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership in Front Office Operations or investment operations within asset management.
• Experience across portfolio monitoring, platform management, and lifecycle operations.
• Strong knowledge of risk, controls, and APAC regulations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-location, matrix teams with consistent outcomes.
• Experience engaging senior regional leadership across Front Office and partner functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Execution-focused leadership with emphasis on scalability and ownership.

Aufgaben

• Overseeing APAC Front Office Operations across multiple markets and teams.
• Direct regional managers, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure execution of regional plans.
• Develop regional operational plans including portfolio implementation and lifecycle activities.
• Oversee complex operational workflows, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and risk management by resolving multi-dimensional challenges.
• Establish governance, policies, and controls to enhance resilience and consistency.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Investment, Product, Risk, Technology, and Operations.
