Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting for a Finance Transformation Project Director to lead strategic finance initiatives across the APAC region. This role will drive projects from inception through execution, ensuring delivery of key objectives, governance, and continuous improvement within finance functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/PMP considered advantageous.
• Strong foundation in finance, accounting and auditing with a track record in finance transformation or strategic projects.
• Experience with Big 4 firms highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in large or multinational settings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to translate financial insights into recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects across APAC.
• Drive development and implementation of finance initiatives to improve efficiency, governance and performance.
• Partner with finance, business and technology stakeholders to deliver cross-functional projects on time and budget.
• Oversee planning, execution and governance; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Champion process optimization, automation and continuous improvement in finance functions.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Manage project resources, budgets and external consultants to maximize value created.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on finance transformation and operating models.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management for successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Foster collaboration across regional teams and promote best practices for long-term growth.
