Job summary

Heights Capital Management Asia (HCMA), part of Susquehanna International Group, seeks an Equity Capital Markets Manager in Hong Kong. Build deep relationships with banks and founders, source opportunities, and help closes deals with disciplined, independent judgment.

You will work across Asia-Pacific, handling convertibles and equity-linked structures, while contributing to deal evaluation and post-close support with a cohesive HCMA team.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in equity capital markets or related field with a track record of sourcing, negotiating, and executing deals.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
• Direct relationships with company management, IR, and banks/brokers across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with issuers, founders, management, and bankers.
• Opportunity Identification: work across the full range of ECM deals and privately negotiated investments.
• Due Diligence: conduct thorough diligence on target companies, including meetings and market research.
• Transaction Execution: manage NDAs, negotiations, structuring, closing, and post-investment support.
• Communication: prepare well-supported analyses and presentations for stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: monitor trends to spot opportunities and stay ahead.
