Job summary

Susquehanna in Hong Kong is seeking an ETF Sales & Capital Markets Analyst to partner with ETF issuers across APAC, supporting product launches and educating teams on ETF mechanics. You will work closely with trading, sales, operations and technology to drive growth in Susquehanna’s APAC ETF business.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in finance with ETF exposure, a finance/economics degree, and strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in finance, ETF preferred.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Finance, Economics or related field with strong academic performance.
• Understanding of ETF mechanics or eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with APAC ETF issuers on new product launches and design feedback.
• Showcase trading solutions to issuer partners and cross-region teams.
• Monitor ETF activity and ensure regulatory and issuer commitments.
• Analyze complex ETF products and identify trading and sales opportunities.
• Review fund documentation to identify features relevant to trading and hedging.
